A participa\u00e7\u00e3o de jovens pesquisadores nas sociedades cient\u00edficas e em atividades de network, lideran\u00e7a e representa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 um fator valioso para o desenvolvimento de carreira e para o progresso da ci\u00eancia. Redes de jovens cientistas tem representantes no mundo todo, a exemplo do Younger Chemists Committee (YCC-ACS) na Am\u00e9rica do Norte, the European Young Chemists’ Network (EYCN-EuChemS) e Jung Chemiker Forum (GDCh-JCF) na Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The joining of younger researchers in scientific societies, networking, leadership and representation activities is a valuable factor for career development and for the progress of science. Networks of younger scientists have representatives worldwide, such as the Younger Chemists Committee (YCC-ACS) in North America, the European Young Chemists Network (EYCN-EuChemS) and Jung Chemiker Forum (GDCh- JCF) in Europe.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A motiva\u00e7\u00e3o para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um comit\u00ea de Jovens Pesquisadores na SBQ tem ra\u00edzes em 2015, durante a 250th<\/sup> American Chemical Society National Meeting & Exposition (Boston, 2015), onde foi realizada a primeira reuni\u00e3o do International Younger Chemists Network (IYCN), uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o que estava em fase de cria\u00e7\u00e3o pela uni\u00e3o de sociedades de jovens qu\u00edmicos do mundo todo. Em Julho de 2017, a rec\u00e9m-criada IYCN foi oficialmente incorporada pela IUPAC durante o 46th<\/sup> World Chemistry Congress (S\u00e3o Paulo\/SP, Brasil). O simp\u00f3sio inaugural foi organizado com o aux\u00edlio da representante brasileira Dr. Paula Bueno, que apoiava as atividades desde as primeiras reuni\u00f5es em 2015, e do Prof. Adriano Andricopulo. Em 2018, Dr. Marilia Valli torna-se representante brasileira no IYCN. A ideia de criar um comit\u00ea de jovens pesquisadores foi inicialmente motivada pelo contato com jovens cientistas do mundo todo, pela necessidade de se organizar um comit\u00ea de representantes brasileiros, e pela experi\u00eancia da cria\u00e7\u00e3o do IYCN. Desde ent\u00e3o, a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Jovens Pesquisadores vinculada \u00e0 SBQ tem se estabelecido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The motivation for creating a committee of Younger Researchers at SBQ has its roots in 2015, during the 250th<\/sup> American Chemical Society national meeting & exposition (Boston, Ma, August 16 – 20, 2015), when a task force for the creation of the International Younger Chemists Network (IYCN) was initiated. The objective was to create an association comprising younger chemists’ researchers from all continents. In July 2017, the IYCN was officially incorporated by IUPAC during the 46th<\/sup> World Chemistry Congress (S\u00e3o Paulo\/SP, Brazil). The launching symposium was organized with the assistance of the Brazilian representative, Dr. Paula Bueno (involved in the IYCN activities since 2015), and supported by the chairman of the event, Prof. Adriano Andricopulo. In 2018, Dr. Marilia Valli became the Brazilian representative at IYCN. The idea of creating a younger researchers’ committee at SBQ was initially motivated by the contact with young scientists worldwide, the need to organize a committee with Brazilian representatives, and the experience of creating IYCN. Since then, the creation of a Younger Researchers organization linked to SBQ has been established.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Assim, o comit\u00ea de Jovens Pesquisadores da Sociedade Brasileira de Qu\u00edmica (JP-SBQ) teve seu processo de estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o iniciado pelas ent\u00e3o p\u00f3s-doutorandas Paula Bueno e Marilia Valli, em Setembro de 2018, com o apoio do ent\u00e3o presidente da SBQ, Prof. Norberto Peporine Lopes. Em Maio de 2019, foi realizado o workshop inaugural, durante a 42\u00aa RASBQ, em Joinville\/SC. Desde ent\u00e3o a JP-SBQ cresceu, teve incrementos nas equipes de apoio e vem trabalhado ativamente na sua estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o normativa, representa\u00e7\u00e3o em diversas atividades cient\u00edficas, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es e encontros, bem como em a\u00e7\u00f5es de networking e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o social, dentre outras in\u00fameras atividades relacionadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In September 2018, the community of younger researchers of the Brazilian Chemical Society had its structuring process started by Dr. Paula Bueno and Dr. Marilia Valli, with the support of the president of the Brazilian Chemical Society at that time, Prof. Norberto Peporine Lopes. In May 2019, the inaugural workshop organized by the committee was finally held, during the 42nd<\/sup> RASBQ (Joinville\/SC, Brazil). Since then, JP-SBQ has grown and has been actively working on its regulatory structure, representation in various scientific activities, organization of actions and meetings, as well as in networking and social communication activities, among many other related activities.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Com a miss\u00e3o de promover a representatividade de Jovens Pesquisadores na comunidade cient\u00edfica Brasileira e internacional, o objetivo da JP-SBQ \u00e9 organizar e manter uma comunidade de Jovens Pesquisadores junto \u00e0 SBQ favorecendo a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, educa\u00e7\u00e3o, networking, interc\u00e2mbio e desenvolvimento de carreira de forma inclusiva e efetiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our mission is to promote the representation of Brazilian Younger Researchers in the national and international scientific community, aiming to organize and maintain a community of younger researchers, favoring communication, collaboration, education, networking, exchange and career development in an inclusive and effective way.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

A JP-SBQ se dedica a criar um ambiente onde todos os jovens pesquisadores das diversas \u00e1reas da qu\u00edmica e atuantes em todas as regi\u00f5es do Brasil sintam-se representados e confort\u00e1veis em um espa\u00e7o seguro, respeitoso, livre de ass\u00e9dio, acess\u00edvel e acolhedor. Este comit\u00ea n\u00e3o tolera discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o ou preconceito contra qualquer pessoa ou grupo. Os princ\u00edpios da equidade e da inclus\u00e3o s\u00e3o fundamentais para n\u00f3s. Acreditamos que celebrar nossas diferen\u00e7as \u2013 incluindo ra\u00e7as, etnias, g\u00eaneros, orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sexuais, identidades de g\u00eanero, status socioecon\u00f4micos, pessoas com defici\u00eancia e outras individualidades \u2013 colabora para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma comunidade cient\u00edfica inclusiva, com liberdade de ideias e pluralidade de pontos de vista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
