A 48\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o Anual da SBQ foi realizada na cidade de Campinas-SP, de 8 a 11 de junho de 2025. Durante o evento, a JP-SBQ foi respons\u00e1vel pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um Workshop, uma Sess\u00e3o Tem\u00e1tica e da 3\u00aa Assembleia JP.

The 48th SBQ Annual Meeting was held in the city of Campinas-SP, from June 8 to 11, 2025. During the event, the JP-SBQ was responsible for organizing a Workshop, a Thematic Session and the 3rd JP Assembly.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 46\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o Anual da SBQ foi realizada na cidade de \u00c1guas de Lind\u00f3ia-SP, de 28 a 31 de maio de 2023. Durante o evento, a JP-SBQ foi respons\u00e1vel pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de uma Sess\u00e3o Tem\u00e1tica e um Workshop. Nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o, tamb\u00e9m ocorreu a primeira Assembleia JP.

The 46th SBQ Annual Meeting was held in the city of \u00c1guas de Lind\u00f3ia-SP, from May 28 to 31, 2023. During the event, the JP-SBQ was responsible for organizing a Thematic Session and a Workshop. In this edition, the first JP Assembly also took place.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshop inaugural da JP-SBQ<\/strong>
JP-SBQ Opening Workshop<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Em 2019, durante a 42\u00aa Reuni\u00e3o Anual da Sociedade Brasileira de Qu\u00edmica (27 a 30 de Maio, Joinville\/SC), foi realizado o 1\u00ba Workshop JP-SBQ, no dia 27 de Maio. O tema do Workshop foi “Jovens Pesquisadores: futuros l\u00edderes nos setores acad\u00eamico e empresarial”, sendo especialmente pensado para agregar temas voltados aos pesquisadores em in\u00edcio de carreira e ao mercado de trabalho na \u00e1rea de Qu\u00edmica. Nosso evento inaugural contou com 74 participantes de diferentes n\u00edveis acad\u00eamicos, desde graduandos at\u00e9 professores, de todas as regi\u00f5es do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2019, during the 42nd<\/sup> Annual Meeting of the Brazilian Chemical Society (May 27th to 30th, Joinville\/SC), took place the 1st<\/sup> Workshop JP-SBQ, on May 27th<\/sup>. The Workshop theme was \u201cYounger Researchers: future leaders at the academic and business sectors\u201d, specially planed to congregate topics that are relevant to researchers in early career and to the labor market in Chemistry. Our opening event counted on the presence of 74 participants from different academic levels, since undergrad students to professors, from all the Brazilian regions.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A palestra de abertura foi proferida pelo Prof. Dr. Carlos Henrique de Brito Cruz, Diretor Cient\u00edfico da FAPESP. Contamos, ainda, com as presen\u00e7as da Me. Marina Rocchi Martins Mattar, Diretora de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Institucionais e Sustentabilidade da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira da Ind\u00fastria Qu\u00edmica (Abiquim) e do Dr. Guilherme Juli\u00e3o Zocolo, pesquisador da Embrapa Agroind\u00fastria Tropical. Ap\u00f3s as palestras, tivemos uma rodada de discuss\u00e3o com os palestrantes e o p\u00fablico presente, al\u00e9m da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas trabalhos desenvolvidos por Jovens Pesquisadores, durante a se\u00e7\u00e3o de flash presentations<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The opening lecture was given by Prof. Dr. Henrique Brito Cruz, Scientific Director at the S\u00e3o Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP). We also had the lectures of MSc. Marina Rocchi Martins Mattar, Institutional Relations and Sustainability Director at the Brazilian Association of the Chemistry Industry (Abiquim) and Dr. Guilherme Juli\u00e3o Zocolo, Researcher at Embrapa – The Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation. We also had a discussion section, and three flash presentations of younger researchers.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o deste evento, contamos com o apoio das seguintes institui\u00e7\u00f5es: American Chemical Society (ACS), Elsevier, Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira da Ind\u00fastria Qu\u00edmica (Abiquim), Embrapa e Funda\u00e7\u00e3o de Amparo \u00e0 Pesquisa do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (FAPESP), al\u00e9m dos pesquisadores Profa. Dra. Vanderlan S. Bolzani, Prof. Dr. Adriano D. Andricopulo, Prof. Dr. Paulo Cezar Vieira, e Prof. Dr. Norberto P. Lopes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To organize this event we had the support of: American Chemical Society (ACS), Elsevier, Brazilian Association of the Chemistry Industry (Abiquim), Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa), S\u00e3o Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP), and also the researchers Profa. <\/em>Vanderlan S. No decorrer do ano de 2020, devido \u00e0 pandemia de Covid-19, os encontros precisaram ser reinventados e adaptados ao ambiente online. Diante da impossibilidade de se realizar de forma presencial a Reuni\u00e3o Anual da SBQ e, consequentemente, o Workshop de Jovens Pesquisadores, a JP-SBQ passou a organizar encontros online para discutir os mais diversos temas com convidados muito especiais. During the year of 2020, because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the meetings had to be reinvented and adapted to the online environment. Facing the impossibility of holding the SBQ Annual Meeting and, consequently, de Younger Researchers Workshop in person, JP-SBQ started to organize online meetings to discuss the most diverse themes with very special guests.
