The Symposium intends to focus on organic- and bio-related materials for new technologies, including organic/inorganic functional materials for bioelectronics application, as well as their electronic and optoelectronic properties towards device development. The research topics include synthesis, processing techniques (molecular crystals, multilayers, self-assemblies, and ultrathin films), compounds, micro- and nano-fabrication, interfaces, spectroscopy, morphology, electronic, and photonic properties. In addition, the symposium is equally opened for any type of electronic, photonic and hybrid devices, such as: light-emitting diodes, field-effect transistors, electrochemical transistors, photovoltaics, integrated circuits, non-volatile memories, sensors, actuators and detectors.
